- Structuring transaction in a manner which is most tax efficient on both direct and indirect tax front.
- Drafting deeds and necessary legal documents which are in compliance with RERA regulations.
- Assisting in compiling all the necessary documents required to be submitted for registration.
Compliances
- Application for RERA Registration after carrying due diligence and compliances with check list so that the procedure becomes query-free.
- Filing of quarterly returns (Form-3) after verification with architect’s & engineer’s certificate to avoid any differences.
- RERA Audit (Form-5) on yearly basis.
- Project end compliances after completion of entire project.
- Application for extension / modification of project in case of any changes in area, date of completion, constitution, etc.
Litigation
- Association with top most advocates in field of RERA to cater to litigation from RERA Tribunal and up to High Court.
- Detailed study of the facts of the case before drafting and / or forwarding the case to advocate.
- Handle case from either party i.e. promoter / builder or home buyer.
