He is founder and very senior chartered accountant having rich experience of more than 50 years in the field of Income - Tax and Auditing. He is instrumental in conducting company audits and bank audits. Successfully attended hearing before CIT (Appeals) and ITAT for I.T. appeal cases. His foresight and visionary nature helped the firm in achieving greater heights.

Samir M. Shah [F.C.A., DISA (ICAI), B.com]

He is senior chartered accountant having experience of more than 25 years. Being to the founding family, he has the roots deep into this profession and understands what the clients require and has the ability to very well fulfil their needs since he joined the firm in 1992. His experience and expertise ranges from Bank audits which includes Concurrent audits, Statutory Branch Audits, Stock Audits, Revenue Audits, Information System Audits and Branch Inspection to Company Audits, Income- tax, advising clients in devising new control systems. An avid traveller, always loves to be in the lap of MOTHER NATURE, a passionate preserver of nature and natural resources.

Saurabh R. Shah [F.C.A., DISA(ICAI), L.LB, B.com]

He is a young and vigorous professional having experience of corporate and personal practice front, is the freshest entry in the firm. Being young, he is adding the spark that is required to cater to the ever changing needs of the clients. He manages the Audit and Risk Advisory side of our services along with managing tax issues (both direct & indirect) of various corporate and non-corporate clients and also being very active in administration of the firm. He also advises clients in matter relating to Start Up, implementation of new systems, business development, etc. His forte also includes drafting replies to notices and other letters to be submitted for to various departments.

Dilip Jodhani

He is a GST Expert having wide experience and exposure in Indirect Tax Practice since 2002. His expertness helps us to cater various requirement of clients with respect to GST, may it be consultancy, compliances, advisory or litigation. He also appears before the authorities for the assessment of Service Tax for appellate matters before the Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, CESTAT, Ahmedabad. He was instrumental in imparting knowledge and understanding during pre-implementation stage of GST amongst various trade forums, professional institutes, chamber of commerce etc. by taking seminars, lectures and sessions. He is also active member of various committee's of ICAI, CAA, local study circles, etc. He has also writen columns and articles on Service Tax and GST matters in various news papers namely Rajlekhan, Samachar Today, Udhyog Shakti, Vividh, Prabhat, Thapobhumi, Sumangal and Jay Gujarat.
